You’ll never boil an egg again!

  1. Place cold eggs in a steamer basket over a pot of boiling water, cover, and steam for 13 minutes.

  2. Immediately transfer the eggs to a cold water bath to prevent overcooking.

  3. Peel as usual. You will love how easily the shell comes off, leaving an immaculate, unblemished, perfectly cooked egg!
